I come here for late night ice cream or dessert after my meal occassionally. The staff are very friendly and patient. They offer samples to let you taste test before you purchase ice cream.
I think this Baskin Robbins in particular has the most flavours; there’s close to thirty flavours and they offer drinks and soft serve as well. In addition, Baskin Robbins offers a new flavour every once in a while.
Overall the ice cream is average quality, with a lot of ingredients, for instance, cookies and crème has a lot of cookies in it. I think the overall price is alright for icecream, slightly on the expensive side for average ice cream. It was around $ 3 to $ 4 for a kid’s cone.
There’s not too many seats in this Baskin Robbins, only two small round tables with four chairs. The interior design was average.

GREAT service! Phenomenal and welcoming staff! I refuse to go elsewhere in Hamilton. The owner is super nice and it’s always a pleasure going there. I highly recommend it!
If you ask to sample icecream, they give you a heap to try. Very generous staff and management. LOVE IT!

Baskin Robbins is pretty much a basin robbins. It’s not like they vary too greatly. The ice-​cream was fabulous. The employees mediocre — didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Store was somewhat clean, but had NO bathroom. We were traveling from Chicago, and were stopping for ice-​cream and washroom and unfortunately no washroom.

ordered 2 cakes here within the same year, both of which were done wrong– one with a totally different kind of ice cream than I asked for, and one which contained nuts which our kids hated. The manager never returned my call when I phoned to complain about the second wrong cake. I won’t be going back, which is too bad because the baskin robbins in our old neighbourhood made great cakes and we always loved them.
