While I have been on the receiving end of poor customer service before, I have never before encountered as shockingly rude and uncooperative service as I have with KCL Appliance Service Inc. From the moment that the KCL representative entered, he was extremely confrontational and abrupt. In the total 10 minutes that the individual was here, he spent probably 95% of the time angrily talking at us and dedicated only enough time to take a photo of the interior of the machine to satisfy his attendance at the call. Despite my requests to find out if there was absolutely anything that could be done while he was here, the representative refused to do so, asking«What do you want me to do?» He refused to provide any direction or assistance. He eventually said«that is was going nowhere» and walked out. Naturally, the problem has resurfaced, and we will have to return to the retailer with the complaint. If it were possible, I’d give this company a «0» rating.
