My boyfriend and I went for dinner here for my birthday last week. Everything was amaZing. From the décor to the service.perfection. Richard was so pleasant and so was Ray, they were prompt and very friendly! The food was phenomenal! We suggest going for dinner so you can cook the fish. The salmon is fresh, flavourful and the calamari has such good taste!

Good service, best all you can eat in town. Quite a bit of a selection, has cooked food as well

Didn’t enjoy this place as much as I had hoped. Service was very good. The idea of Korean bbq is that you order your meats and seafood and veggies and cook it on the grill in the middle of your table. My experience felt like there was never room on the grill for me. The portions were small and although it was all you can eat it seemed bothersome to have to keep ordering. Suddenly I was full with barely eating anything. Wasn’t worth what I paid. That being said if you like teriyaki or bbq sauce the flavors were good. I don’t plan on returning.

Kewl idea and first of its kind(self grilling concept) in Hamilton. Not a big fan of their chicken and how they marinate it. But other meats and vegetable are really good. Had a little conflict about their menu after 10:30, which was quickly taken care of by the manager. Trendy interior design and cool bar.

Friendly service. Fair price for having lunch here. New add-ons such as Cantonese dim sum did not taste authentic but are okay to try.

One of my favourite spot in Hamilton. Grilled Korean BBQ can be beat especially in a rainy day XD. Hahaha!

The interior and exterior is gorgeous and everything seems clean. The beef ribs were extremely chewy no matter how long I kept it on the grill. Everything else I had was pretty okay. Great thing is, they give you a free cake if it’s your birthday and sing for you in front of the whole restaurant. Was kind of embarrassing but it was cool. You order on iPads so that’s a first for me and was very convenient. The servers are extremely nice and I’m surprised they didn’t look annoyed that my parents ordered something every couple minutes. All in all, it was okay. Not great but okay. The food needs more work. And it’s quite expensive(per person) for such a small menu compared to other AYCE kbbq places I’ve been to. Usually it’s $ 10 per person but here it’s $ 15. Recommended for first timers of Korean barbecue.

Spring Grill is a decent KBBQ for Hamilton. They have a considerable menu for an all-you-can eat KBBQ& the quality doesn’t seem too cheap(fresh). The servers somehow didn’t receive several of our orders from the iPad but they rushed to input them or went straight to the back to grab you it for us. However, in comparison to Toronto their prices are about $ 6 more for lunch and roughly $ 4 for dinner. I wouldn’t come here unless I haven’t eaten for the whole day and needed a really big meal. PS. I would not recommend going out after this unless you go home to shower — the smell of the grill clings to you.

The décor and atmosphere is very impressive. The food could be seasoned more aggressively. Overall the food is acceptable but definitely not the best Korean food I’ve had.

Really good service and food was better than Korean grill house in Toronto. With an assortment of veggies, makes this a nice place to eat. Would recommend to someone trying kbbq for the first time

Ate here last night with a few friends. Me and my gf came earlier to have a few drinks, was greeted at the door promptly. We came on a Tuesday(slow day) seated and was briefed of the iPad ordering system. As soon as we sat at the table… I realized that it wasn’t wipe or clean properly(hands n elbows became greasy real quick from oil splatters) anyways we started ordering off the menu. Food and drinks came to the table started cooking me expecting it was a Korean restaurant that small sides would come to the table without ordering(like ushao) no sides at all came I had to order it which I didn’t like at all. The food was meh a lot meats was over seasoned and too sweet for me and especially the mussels which was topped with some kind of garlic sauce which was so overpowering. Fish was fresh Even my guest found everything else a bit over season I wouldn’t come back here unless I had to 25.99 pricy for the food.

My boyfriend and I had gone there for lunch the other day while we were in Hamilton and we had ordered the all you can eat. Overall the food was good, the service was decent but a lot of the staff did not speak Korean at all. Most Korean restaurants will offer side dishes that come with your meal, but here you had to ask for them which wa a little disappointing. Other than that, I the meat portions were great and I would definitely go again for all you can eat. :)

Korean BBQ has always been a favourite of mine. I’ve been to this location 7 times since it’s opened, which says a lot. The atmosphere is very nice here and most of the food and service is quite good. They really need chilli oil. Lol… I bring my own, and it makes the world of difference for the flavour of the squid/food. Some items require more seasoning for sure. The beef wrapped in enoki is tasteless. And all three chicken varieties aren’t good either. But, what keeps me coming back is the sliced beef, the ribs, pork and the spicy tofu! I’d give them a 4.5! I’ll be back for sure!

This was my first time here, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I think it’s a neat eating experience having to cook your own food, and being able to experiment a little bit. I enjoyed the food but I wish there were more flavours available, because I like lots of sauce on my food and there weren’t too many different sauces to choose from. With that being said, me and the people that I was there with ended up stuffed. I wouldn’t eat here all the time but I think it’s fun to come here occasionally. The service here is just as great as at the Spring Sushi across the street.

I had spotted this restaurant under construction when I dined at Spring Sushi earlier this year. When I found out that it was opening on December 1, I had to try it. I love the concept and love the interior design. It has a reasonably priced AYCE menu with an Ipad ordering system. They prepare the raw food, and you BBQ it at your table. I enjoyed my meal and the experience. It was quite good for an opening day. I had a 4.5 star experience; but I am giving them 5 stars, because I expect that it will get better with time. I expect that there will be more Spring Grill Houses in the future.
