Just had a wonderful experience here! This place is packed with reptiles any person could imagine. Sales person was very knowledgable… Even took out some reptiles to show us and let us play with them. And most memorable was the ‘show room’ he gave us a sneak peek to. Never would have thought one place would be packed with everything you need for your reptiles.
Most pet stores are chains in major cities, it is rare to find an amazing little neighborhood pet shop in Hamilton.
Great service, wonderful selection, fair prices, good hours and location. Can’t wait to come to their shows and annual BBQ!

Very displeased with service. Bought a feeder bowl after the sales person said it would be fine for my tokay gecko. Anyways, even though the reciept said 7 days exchange or store credit, both employees at the time said they would not do it. After I showed the reciept with the proof, saying exchanges or credit within 7 days, the two employees claimed they did not know how to honour the policy and that I would have to come back 4 days later when the manager is in. By then my reciept will have expired. Furthermore, it was bad that I drove from oakville to exchange something and be told I couldn’t, even though the reciept showed proof.
