The first time we used this service I was happy and we set up bi-weekly service. However, the second service was not that great so I asked the ladies not to return. They showed up again two weeks later and I told them I cancelled the service already. They then charged me a lock out fee. Thanks.

Used their services for several months. Cleanings were hit and miss. Sometimes half of the furniture was left clearly dusty with just a casual swipe and floor areas were noticeably streaked. Paid for an extra cleaning during some home renos to deal with construction dust, with the only goal to do a thorough dusting and floor cleaning everywhere, and they left areas untouched. When I pointed it out to them I didn’t ask for compensation, I was just frustrated this had happened several times. Instead of dealing with the issue they made excuses and then raised their rates to do a biweekly cleaning by $ 100. Customers shouldn’t be penalized for their own poor workmanship.
