had just dropped off my daughter to next door laser mania, rain was falling heavily, read the sign that said zio’s café & bar so stepped in for an espresso. Asked if they served a latte to which I got a combination of a jaundiced look, frown and a less than friendly response from the attendant (or owner) — didnt get a chance to find out — who told me their machine was not started. This was mid afternoon. Lesson in basic customer service is probably a good way to start for this café without coffee. Will not go again.
