Not very friendly folks. They messed up our reservations and then told us to leave the property. They didn’t offer to rebook us or offer us any discounts. The appology was basically «not the first time and won’t be the last time» and then they laughed. My 8 year old daughter cried. Horrible experience and will never go back.
