Chef Heinz catered our wedding September 2015 at Linden Gardens in Kaleden BC and he did an amazing job! Making sure everyone had a good meal was on the top of our wedding priority list and we were so happy we could make that happen. So many of our guests told us how delicious the food was. All of the food was extremely fresh and much of it was made with local ingredients(which was perfect for us because many of our guests were from out of town and we wanted to them to be able to taste Okanagan cuisine.) Chef Heinz and Nancy are great to work, very professional and they will help you to stay in your budget while providing an elegant and delicious meal. We opted to do the elegant buffet with salmon AND steak. A starter salads of mixed greens was served to each table, and then the remainder of the meal was buffet style where guests would go to the BBQ to pick up the rest of their meal. The head table even got table service which was a nice bonus! I would highly recommend this option to anyone looking to have an elegant meal on a budget. Chef Heinz made sure to take in to account all our guests dietary needs, as we had a vegan guest and a guest with a nut allergy. We are so glad we chose Chef Heinz of Catering Done Right to caterer our wedding, and would recommend him to anybody!

Chef Heinz is so great! Sit-down backyard wedding dinner July 2015 for 120 flawless. I have heard his whole pig roasts are famous but haven’t had the pleasure of attending one :) Chef Heinz was born, raised and trained in Switzerland. Prior to moving to the Okanagan he was employed in St. Moritz and Zurich as well as The Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal, The Four Seasons in Calgary and The Savoury in North Vancouver. In Penticton, Heinz was employed at the Lakeside Hotel before following his dream of starting a catering company in 1996. The focus is local ingredients. The kitchen is surrounded by fruit stands, farmers and vineyards all of which support the mission of using local, in season, produce. Organic produce is delivered weekly. Local cheeses and breads are a staple. Whether you are celebrating a wedding at a local winery or in the comfort of your own garden, an office reception, brunch buffet, luncheon or theme dinner, he can make your event a memorable one.
