There’s a Canada Post office in the back of the store which is very convenient.
This London Drugs has in store day spa, which is cool.
Centrally located in downtown Kamloops, close to hotels and other retail.
The pharmacy is fine here, haven’t had major issues with it.
CONS:
Service at front end/​cosmetics/​electronics has been a bit rude or low energy.
I had a bad experience and one of the assistant managers got back to me right away, which is nice.
Every cashier should treat customers with dignity & respect.
I used to spend a lot of $$$ at other locations of London Drugs.
I really want to fall in love with London Drugs again.

Just come here to buy your cereal. It’s always cheaper than at Cooper’s.

Great convenient location. Staff aren’t always friendly. We tried to call ahead before going to the store, and they hung up on us.
But they do have a variety of items from beauty, sun care, seasonal and holiday, electronics & household.
I sometimes come here just to use the RBC bank machine.

This review specifically pertains to the pharmacy at this London Drugs rather than the store itself.
I have had to stop by here for multiple vaccinations in the past few months and I have been nothing but impressed by the service I have received here. Three different people gave me vaccines and they all made me feel comfortable and respected. I recommend calling ahead if you need a vaccination as only certain staff members are able to administer them.
With the vaccines and with all of my regular prescriptions, I’ve never had to wait very long and I always get informative answers to all of my questions. I am seriously impressed and would definitely recommend this pharmacy.
