Only sushi place I’ll eat at. This place is far superior to any others and makes all the other places taste dry and bland. We go here often. Recommend you try: Mango roll, Tiger roll and the lobster roll. There appies are fantastic as well. Price is decent, but we all know sushi is not cheap. So don’t expect a cheap bill.

Great prices and pretty decent sushi. They make their rolls small and bite sized not the mega rolls you see in most places. Have been here several times and never had bad service or food.

Unlike the other reviews on here about Oh Sushi, I’m not a vegetarian and I don’t order the beef. However, I have ordered about every type of fish on the menu. This is hands down, the best sushi in Kamloops. I eat here at least once per week. I also travel for work all over North America and I rank the quality of this sushi right up there with some of my absolute favorites. My only complaint is that the service isn’t the best. The staff sometimes seem untrained or maybe even almost timid? If you’re looking for sushi in Kamloops, definitely give this one a try.

The sushi was disappointing. We ordered the beef and dynamite rolls. The beef was dry and overall they were too big. The rice didn’t taste fresh either. We also ordered the chicken yakisoba which was mediocre in taste. The Japanese wonton soup was great and the gyoza was decent but on the bland side. This was a $ 37 meal but was worth $ 20. The waitress provided ok service but it was awkward and unfriendly. We won’t be going back.

I was very excited to see a new sushi place had opened in Kamloops so I made a point to try out Oh Sushi Mura as soon as possible. I’m very glad that I did as the food here was excellent. I decided to try out the vegetable rolls, yam rolls, and the inari. While all of the ingredients were fresh and tasty, I did have some issues with the larger rolls. The seaweed wrapping was a bit tougher than I’m used to and it made the rolls fall apart while you’re trying to eat them. Everything was very tasty but somewhat difficult to eat. As a vegetarian, fish-quality and freshness isn’t a quality I can evaluate personally, though everyone I dined with agreed that the sushi and other meat-based items served here were delicious. As for the service, everything was prompt and friendly. The only issue was that our all ordered individually and so some people were left waiting for their food longer than others. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were sharing.
