Some dishes came with big paper cups of whipped cream and heaps of glorious jam on top. Need I say more? It’s A cross between a Cracker Barrel and the Loveless Café in Nashville. We had three tiny kids in our party, which I know can be annoying for servers, but our server was super kind. He brought crayons and colouring pages, as well as extra napkins. LOVE that you can split some orders and still get your own side. Reasonably healthy options are available too for those not into whipped cream. :0) Go here.

Absolutely the best breakfast/brunch menu I have ever seen. So much selection. My favorite is the ½ waffle or French toast with eggs and bacon/sausage toast and homemade fried potatoes with perfect amount of seasoning, toast with homemade jam. I had lobster(yes real chunks of lobster with small scallops, baby shrimp topped with 2 poached eggs, hollandaisse and potatoes as above and toast with the jam I wanted to buy a vat of !!!

This place is well worth the wait. I had eggs Benny and it was fantastic. The waffles also looked delicious. I suggest subbing in the scone with butter and cream. It was awesome. There’s a gift shop next to the restaurant where you can buy jams too and to wander why you wait for a table. Wait staff were great and they were down to the minute on accuracy for the wait time. It’s a bit of a drive(20 min) out of Kelowna but well worth it.

Delicious breakfast including all you can eat pancakes(not available if you share). Friendly and attentive service. Love the jam store on the side. Perfect way to kill time while you’re waiting for a table. We went at 2:30pm and there was still a 30 minute wait. Place was very busy. Perhaps because it was summer. We bought some jams. My favourite being the red pepper jelly. Yum! A little bit of a drive from West Kelowna(about 40 minutes). Downtown traffic was the bottleneck.

–atmosphere is very lively and the service is very good. You might need to be aware of the floorboards because we people walk by, you can feel every step We ordered: –BC Benny: amazing, simple salmon Benedict. Very filling and well seasoned. –Seafood Paella: genuine crab meat, lobster meat and scallops. Really worth your money. –meat lovers: scrambled egg –hashBrowns are not the best seasoned you can watch the jammakers and buy their own produced jam!

Came here finally with my wife after having driven past the Jammery on the way to Lake Country to spend time with family. The Jammery has been shown on «You gotta eat here»(the Canadian version of Diner’s, Drive-in’s and dive’s) and has been a staple of the Kelowna area since late 2000. To get into the Jammery, unless you are lucky(like we were) is an extremely busy and packed place and it is common to see people waiting outside during the summer months. Lucky for us, we came at the right time and were seated immediately. You notice right away that the place has a country feel and I guess in the Okanagan, it fits right in. We got coffees with our food — the standard«Black as the devil’s soul» coffee you’ll find at any other type of diner or even wedding. My wife got their special meal — i forget the name directly — but it amounted to lots of meat, lots of eggs and it had peach jam along with the poached eggs. I got the chorizo toss, a mix of chorizo sausage, hash browns, poached eggs topped with hollandaise and some toast. First thing of note, this is a lot of food. the portion size is extremely generous and was way to much food. The second thing i noted was the hollandaise was thick, almost curdled. If you have ever made hollandaise, this would probably be either too much heat too quickly or too much lemon acid. The poached eggs were nice, with a slight runny yolk and the chorizo was good. It was a softer chorizo, but lacked any spice. I prefer my chorizo to be even softer and spicier. Service was nice. Overall, i see why this place is popular.

Get the breakfast paella: fried potatoes topped with lobster, crab, shrimp and scallops with a buttery hollandaise sauce and poached eggs. It also comes with toast and accompanied by jam. Don’t worry about the rest of the menu. The breakfast paella is all you need to order. Okay, I usually order a slice of pie a la mode too. The last one I had was the peach pie… the peaches were too mushy in texture(kind of like they were from a can) so not the best peach pie I’ve had. I like seeing the slices of peach in my pie. The wait can be over an hour so try to come at off-peak times.

I saw this resto on «You Gotta Eat Here» and was intrigued so when we were visiting the Okanagans, we made a point of visiting. So glad we did! I had the breakfast paella and it had real lobster, crab, shrimp and a perfectly poached egg over potatoes. The cinnamon bun was warm when served so it was deliciously gooey and not too sweet even with the creamy cream cheese topping. After lunch, we visited the gift shop and had a chance to taste some of the jams and relishes which got me shopping. I can’t wait to share these gems back in the Lower Mainland.

My first brunch at the Jammery. While we made the mistake of coming in on Victoria Day long weekend Sunday, the hour wait was worth it. I had the Monte Cristo Benny and my wife the Shrimp Florentine Benny(a daily special) and both were among the best bennies we’ve ever had. The Hollandaise was wonderfully buttery/lemony and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee was an excellent light roast; gentle but flavourful and not bitter. Cream supplied was 18%, not half and half. Service was very friendly and we were even approached by a staffer while we were waiting, who offered to see where we were on the wait list. Food service was fast for how busy they were. Overall, an excellent dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone — locals or tourists. Tip: try to stay away from weekend rushes when lines are long. There’s a store to while away the wait time, which is worth going through, but on weekdays lines are shorter or non existent.

Arrived around 11:30 and just beat the rush. Delicious food. Our party ordered; Spicy Capricoli Benny, All you can eat Waffle, Steak sandwich and Cubana Panini. Yum. Everything was absolutely delicious. Everyone was thrilled. Well worth the stop. Bought two pies and some jams for the road.

My friend and I were drawn to the Jammery for brunch with the promise of «all you can eat waffles». However, once we had a chance to sit down and look at the menu chock-full of breakfast favourites, neither of us actually opted for that meal. I ended up going with the«Jammery Favourite» which is your choice of ½ a waffle or a piece of French toast with 2 eggs and your choice of a side. I went for the waffle and my gosh it was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever had one that was so perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. Heavenly! I was a little put-off that fruit cups are listed as a side choice with the«all you can eat waffles» but not with the«Jammery Favourite» even though all the meat options are exactly the same. They have a no-substitutions policy which is a little off-putting as a vegetarian. It would have been nice if they would have offered me something in place of the meat side rather than having to decline it altogether(while still paying the same price). If the food hadn’t been fantastic, this would have bumped my review down to three stars. Aside from the restaurant, the property also houses a gift shop and jam production facility. Take a chance to sample some of the jams. I guarantee you won’t be able to leave without purchasing a jar or two for yourself. I recommend the red onion jelly and the strawberry jam with Grand Marnier. Amazing! Side-note: watch for The Jammery on the Food Network show«You Gotta Eat Here» in spring 2015!

After a short trip up to Kelowna, every local and family member we visited recommended going here for a meal. Not knowing what to expect, we popped by for a later lunch. It’s got quite the homey feel with a small town look to it. Atmosphere: When you drive by, it looks like a house in the middle of no where! The inside is half restaurant — half touristy gift shop-ish where they sell their jams, other nick-knacks and has a window where you can watch individuals live making jams. I sort of felt like I was in a diner that specialized in more old-school foods since the main demographic were older adults with random UBCO kids grabbing a bite. Service: A hit/miss. The hostess was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our waitress was newer and didn’t know too much about the menu items and brought us the wrong soup(not realizing the one we ordered actually ran out.) that being said, the hostess who greeted us fixed up the mistake and gave us a brand new soup! Food: It was OK. Typically greasy diner meals although the tomato soup and blueberry pie we got was delicious. We ordered the Monte Cristo since it’s supposed to be the most popular item on the menu. It was interesting since it was sandwiched between two pieces of french toast like bread — but I found it overall to be too heavy and greasy. The Monte Cristo and blueberry pie was MORE than enough food for my partner and I. Overall, it was an OK experience. At least we can check off that we went to the Jammery during our trip!
