Horrible. Expect a dirty apartment when you move in, and a cleaning bill when when you leave (even if you leave it cleaner than when you left). They promised to send cleaning staff, but never showed up. Don’t expect them to return your phone calls. Neighbour got locked out in the middle of winter had to wait three hours for a locksmith to come because no one from the office will answer you. Same neighbours apartment, the pipes burst, they sent someone who fixed the pipes and left her with a soaking wet flooded kitchen saying it was her problem to clean up the flood.
