Varsity Properties

Very quick service and responses! Would definitely recommend to the younger years. Any maintenance calls I have made were fixed if not within the day then within the next business day. I’ve heard horror stories from other students about their housing, but varsity has not disappointed me. This will be my third year with Varsity !

After I wrote my original review, I received a heartfelt apology from Varsity. I think that there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication, which they dealt with very professionally once they heard of my situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Varsity anymore, as they assured me they had resolved the issue that gave rise to my complaint.

The reason I am giving Varsity Properties four stars is because it renovates and beautifies the city. This has a serious impact on people who are under pressure to qualify for jobs later in life, but need the better grades to attract the attention of grad schools, honors lists and employers. I have seen some terrible living conditions in the student ghetto of Kingston, and the people living in them were not even economically disadvantaged. Even today, there is simply not enough high quality homes for rent in Kingston. Varsity Properties takes yesterdays’ low quality homes, puts money, thought and renovation effort into them, and makes places that people can be proud to say they rent there.
The only negative thing I can say about this firm is that Varsity should be twice the size, as there is still more demand than supply for high quality rentals in Kingston.
