3.5÷5 I normally prefer the stand-alone chains compared to ones inside shopping malls, they usually give you better treatment. This one is generally no exception, but service can be a bit slow. The fried chicken pieces are overall juicy and fresh from the 10 or so times I’ve been here, aside from that one time when it was dry. The macaroni salad uses a different kind of sauce(which seems to be a trend in the Kitchener locations). It tastes okay… but I prefer the original one more. I like the location for this as well as I usually arrive from riding the bus to Highland Hills Terminal, which is located right in front of the KFC. The employees here are quite protective over their stuff since they’re near two high schools.
