I attended Oktoberfest on a weekday at Concordia Club. There are other Festhallen (halls) around the city. It was well organized and efficiently run. Ample free parking and tons of people to mingle with.
Many celebrations were taking place in this venue while serving beer and traditional foods, and traditional dancing and live music, particularly polkas. There were stalls similar to a fair for games, snacks and foods etc.
I wasn’t sure of what to expect in terms of the standard but it was well done. I need another reference point now to compare this place.
