It’s a little short staffed, but good overall. Most of the staff is friendly. The best time to go is in the mid afternoon as they are busy at lunch time and they put their more inept staff on the night shift so they deal with less people. The place is clean and we have rarely had an order come back wrong. When we do they fix it right away. I would honestly give it a 3.5 but I rounded up to a 4 because I think the other reviewers are being hyperbolic, negatively biased, and frankly quite dickish.

If I could give a .5 star I would. This location is awful. Service is slow at the best of times. 8⁄10 times they’ve screwed up our order(nothing complicated, usually just burger combos with no special requests). Not unusual to see 4 or 5 young staff members standing around behind the counter discussing weekend plans while the place is packed. The only reason we ever go here is convenience of location.

Nobody at this restaurant knows how to do their job. It’s not hard to take an order and make it correctly but these people seem to mess it up the best. these people have proved they are incapable of making even the simplest sandwich on the menu; and messing it up. I have COMPLETLEY stopped going to this McDonald’s even though it is closest to my home: it is really that bad!

Very slow service. The coffee is great but I stopped coming because with idling my coffee costs $ 5 instead of $ 1.50! If this McD’s got the timing & service figured out, they could put the rest out of business with their coffee.
