Let’s be honest, we’ve all been to Tim Horton’s before and usually they’re pretty run-​of-​the-​mill. A bad experience at a Tim Horton’s is hard to come by, but I had one-​of-​a-​kind one at this location. My wife and I ordered grilled paninis and ended up waiting about 8 minutes at the drive-​thru window. When they finally came out the staff member was rude and sarcastic with us when we asked him if they had made my wife’s apple cider yet. «You mean the one RIGHT HERE?» he said as he shoved the drink in my hand. After waiting for 8 minutes at the window — nevermind time in the line-​up — I should be the one that’s impatient, not the employee!
