This Tim Hortons is by far the WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life! It is unsanitary and they NEVER make orders right. I’ve ordered from here multiple times because the location is close but frankly I don’t know why I even go back. Not once but TWICE I’ve ordered food that had bites in it! One was a red velvet cookie that clearly had a bite in it(Ordered it last night) and the other time was a chocolate glazed donut. Sounds unbelievable right! I’ve never had the correct drink and I’ve never came across such horrid service. I’m not one to write reviews but I’m so sick of this place and from now on I’m never going back again. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there too.

Terrible service, slow and inefficient. The restaurant and the washrooms are always dirty. The staff is rude. The bakery selection is quite limited. The only good thing about this place is the location.

I’ve never been inside this location, but I used to go through the drive-through every morning before work and I’d be willing to bet they have the fastest drive-through of any TImmies in KW. Even during peak hours, they’re quick!

This relatively new Tim Hortons replaced another that was at the corner of Highland and Westmount, which is now sadly closed(for those who are curious, the old location is now the Sushi Boat Japanese Restaurant). This upgraded location now provides a «Drive-Thru» and 24-hour service, as well as as lots of seating in a brightly-lit dining area with lots of windows overlooking its perch at the northeast corner of Victoria and Westmount. This particular location is also very convenient for me, as it is on my way to work in the mornings; however its very strategic location means it is also very busy as well, and you can expect to do some waiting in line during peak periods. I know it is cool for the hipster crowd to put down Tim Hortons, but in these uncertain economic times, sometimes a double-double(the most popular Tim Hortons coffee order, with two creams and two sugars) is a better choice than a Starbucks beverage for over $ 5!
