Boulangerie Premiere Moisson

An excellent place to come for either fresh baked goods or that premium deli or lunch– café experience. I have seriously been a fan of PM since I have moved to Quebec. It’s at the upper end of the spectrum in terms of café’s that serve fresh baked goods and prepared foods.
This location has expanded their café and also offered free wifi (a fantastic idea). For lunch you can get here in and out under $ 13 (taxes and tip) for an excellent lunch. On the day I came by I had indulged in a nourishing fresh bacon sandwich which was pannini grilled with lettuce and tomato. I was able to enjoy a fresh pea soup (not too salty) with this. All around it was awesome. People who know me well know I complain about a lot of the crap quality food in this province but here it’s nothing but excellent quality all the way! Selection is good of soups, sandwiches, some pasta dishes and salads.
Originally I’d come for their breads as they have really high quality crispy but fresh and soft inside breads. Baked fresh daily. Also their pastries and cakes are decadent and delicious. A very popular place especially during the holidays or valentines day as they always have a good selection of artisan chocolate.
