Their service was exceptional!
The shipping duration was about 3 – 5 business days. I had the delivery guy at my doorstep waiting to hand my package over. Unfortunately, I was not home and they left a note that they would attempt to try to deliver it again a second time. They came again but I was still not home. They asked me to call and schedule an appointment to deliver it at my house the 3^rd time. I was told they would be coming at 8:00pm but my last and final attempt came at 7:22pm. Instead of 8:00pm. Unfortunately, I was still not home LOL! So the note said I had to go to the shipping centre in Lachine and pick it up myself when I have the time. Oh well… it’s my fault! They tried to deliver my package 3 times and they were very responsible by not leaving it outside at the doorstep. They are very professional.
As I decided to head out all the way to Lachine on this MAGICAL journey lol, i realized it was so far. Fortunately, there was no traffic. As I arrived, i was received very well by a very sweet Polish blonde lady. She had my parcel ready within minutes. It was very pleasant and I was happy with the way I was treated! Hopefully I get stuff shipped through DHL again. If ever I am thinking of sending a package, DHL is the first one on my list :)
