Not sure how this organization stays in business. Their service is so inferior to FedEx it not funny. The information on their website is never up to date, there is no way to track accurately when the packaged will be delivered and there is no way the re-​route the package. If you missed it for some reason, you will have to wait another business day and drive to the industrial park in Lachine to pick it up yourself (assuming that you have a car, if not, I wish you luck).
Avoid, use FedEx.
