Terable service … Gave the lady a 20 dollar bill asked if i had anything smaller and i didn’t so she gave me back all loonies and quarters and i couls see. a stack of 5’s and tens in the till. Plus they are so slow. Watched my order go out the window 3 times to the drive though

Ever since owners/​management changed this has become the worst Tim Hortons I visit. They hardly get the order right and rarely have what I’m looking for. If you just want coffee they are ok but other than that service is poor. In the last 2 weeks they don’t even try to give me back my change if it is less than 25 cents. Although I am only 2kms away I prefer driving to Petrolia.

Went through the drive thru and there was an employee out back smoking right beside where you order. As you would expect the smoke billows in once you roll down your window to place your order.
Seeing an employee smoking outside in uniform is bad enough. It’s unappetizing and smelling them inside the restaurant ruins the experience. Them smoking front and center filling your car with smoke ruins ylur day.
Employees handling or prepping food should be required to change their clothes before heading out for a smoke. Seeing them smoke in uniform is disgusting and tarnishes the brand imo.

A little ways south of Highway 402 exit 25. Good service was received on a Saturday night. Drive-​thru service is available.
Their location at Reeces Corners, the north-​east corner of Oil Heritage Road and London Line Road, is a great stop close to the border for some of my travels. The have the usual Timmy’s menu — sandwiches, muffins, donuts (maybe bagels), hot drinks and cold refreshments, as well.
The restroom was clean, the free WiFi worked flawlessly. Inside dining is always available, open 24⁄7.

I never give a one star but I will make an exception to this Tim hortons. I had to wait for a long time for my food. Service was not great at all. None of the workers knew how to smile. The place was very unsanitary. There were flies and bees all over the restaurant. Bees and wasps were hanging out in the donut area, but the workers acted as if they were nothing.
