Low standards of customer service are the single worst thing a business cand and this Tailoring shop is the perfect case study. We took some inexpensive curtains into have hemmed. Simple Job. The came back with ink stains all over them and hemmed. When taking them back to complain and decent company would take responsibility for their error. In this case they tried to state that 1) the ink was already on the curtains, 2) the ink came from the packaging the curtains were in 3) they don’t use pens at that location. You can imagine that the frustration grew with every lame excuse. Even if the ink magically appeared at the bottom of the package, instead of calling because they noticed the ink, they hemmed the curtains and charged us $ 25. If they had simply called it is very likely we would have said no problem. Paying for advertising is done with the idea that it will build more customers, businesses never pay for bad advertising… unless they do what these guys did. The just spent $ 24 advertising that no one who values their clothes or curtains, should ever trust these people.
