Gilpins Pest Control

These guys walk softly and carry a big box. A big black box!
Don’t like to admit that we have a lot of mice living rent free in our building. Not helped by our hoarder lady neighbour. After calling many pest control companies, I decided to engage Gilpins. Every company wanted our business (big property) but no one really knew how to deal with our neighbour. During the spec walk through, Vern Gilpin, owner, spoke with kindness to our special neighbour. He let her know it wasn’t just her.
Two days later, Vern and his big, quiet assistants arrived and set out a plan. They finished 35 minutes ahead of schedule. They walked with quiet determination. The mice trembled in their furry coats.

These guys did a great job. We found bed bugs and they were the only company that answered their phone on a Sunday. Vern, the owner, was very patient and talked me through my options. He was friendly and professional and I am so glad we went with them. They came first thing the next morning and again, went through my options and helped us make a plan. They guarantee their work and were more than reasonably priced compared to the other companies that called me back the next day and gave me quotes. The guys (2 guys total, a day apart) that came to the house were great with my son that was home and «included» him in the process by talking to him as well. I would use them again for sure.

I am very pleased that we chose this company to get rid of out carpenter ants. They were knowledgeable and friendly and they guarantee their work.
