As a big fan of a good Donair I must say I was extremely disappointed. Two bites in I threw my food in the garbage. Cold meat and tasted awful. Will not return.

Istanbul Donair Bookswood, Langley. There’s a common thread that runs through every donair shop… it’s the same kinda vibe that’s in a hemporium shop downtown… kinda laid back casual and everything on it’s own time kinda cool vibe. I just love the donair shop vibe. Now onto the donair… Pickles and crispy fried onions stunned my wee mouth and me taste buds were sent into the land of tongue bliss with each bite of my light yet massive Turkish donair. House garlic sauce really amped up the flavour. I think the young lady may have forgotten to add the hot sauce as there was an absence of any heat.
