This place is a sham. The owner is a total nut job and doesn’t stand by her work or her word. My boyfriend and I found her off of groupon and actually went into the spa before we purchased the groupings because we wanted to check it out first. She gave us all the info and made us feel confident in her services. She sold us the laser hair removal packages at the groupon prices. We asked her many questions of which she answered, but now we find out that she really didn’t know what she was talking about. She told us that if we shave the hair doesn’t get darker or thicker. When she first sold us the package we asked her how many sessions it would take she had told us 6 but that she would do it until it was gone. All 6 sessions have come and gone and she didn’t stick to her keep coming till it’s gone. Now we both have more hair then ever. It didn’t work one bit!!! And because we had to shave it’s actually grown in thicker and darker. We explained this to her and she told us that’s I’m possible. So we showed her. She said she could do some more treatments. We jus wanted our money back. We spent $ 1100 between the both of us. We are completely unsatisfied customers. I think if you offer a service and the customer pays for that service and the service doesn’t work then the customer should get there damn money back!!! This is a warning to everyone out there. She is totally unprofessional and doesn’t stand by her work.

I found this business when I was searching for decent groupon deals for laser hair treatment and seeing as it didn’t have any reviews on the place I didn’t think it as sketch as most apparently were. Damn, was I wrong.
My first appointment there I noticed the room was nice but the bed had a soft blanket with a towel over it. It looked comfortable but completely unsanitary as I’m pretty sure they never change it for every client. And the protectant shades they give you was always greasy, and one part of the frame was broken so a lense would come popping off. Its like they hadn’t cleaned it prior to the 3 months I’ve gone there.
The second time the lady cut my appointment short because she had somewhere to be, very vague, and very unprofessional. The third time, I got double booked and I felt so awkward and embarassed sitting on the bed when she told me I was the wrong client. *And they never call the day before to confirm appointments!*
I was supposed to go in for my fourth session a couple days ago, I got there about half an hour early and the whole office was closed! I called the number on the door which happened to be the salon in the office’s next room, and apparently they’d gone to some flower festival? I left a couple messages since then and they finally got back to me today. She sounded very nonchalant about the whole ordeal, didn’t apologize and said something about the coolant system was working now. She said she left me a message telling me or some balogne, but she couldn’t even remember my name.
WORST customer service I’ve ever received, I’ve notified groupon and tehy’ve given me half my moneys worth ack since I already had half my sessions used up. But I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, I’m surprised no one else has a written a review before this.
