«Popped» in the other day to ask and get a supplement for my «post» workout muscle pain. Worst experience ever… pushy sales on stuff I wasn’t asking for or needed. No real knowledge of the products he was selling (I knew more).
None of the other staff jumped in to pull this pit bull off my pant leg and help find me the right product. Time to leave and find real help.
Found out from my son (a gym monkey) that this is not the place to go for just this very reason. Will not be back

I do protein shakes every day. I am not a roid monkey, it is a good blood sugar and weight management tool for anybody who just can’t face food for the first two hours after waking up.
I have been ordering my favourite brands of protein powder from the United Sates for YEARS.
Popeye’s carries Syntrax Nectar and Matrix powders. These are super high quality low carb powders without aspartame.
Prices are in line with the US, but in Canadian dollars, and best of all, this store is located across the street from the grocery store we shop at every week. I am one happy freakin’ camper people…
