dont know what John R’s issue was and last time i checked Canadian companies have pretty damn good customer serviced compared to outsourced call centres in Pakistan. Have only bought a couple things from this place over the years cause i do my own installs but they seemed helpful to me. Tries calling them right now cause im looking for some sub box carpeting but i guess they are closed mondays. one negative thing i have to say is get a better web site. some phones dont support flash so we cant even look at your page… kinda dumb guys. anyways… good place to get stuff and the prices are reasonable plus keep money in local businesses. visions and futureshop are close by but they suck… usually have 16 year olds running the car audio section.

Called to inquire about some work on my car and received really poor customer service. Didn’t even bother to make an appointment. Typical Canadian customer service.
