We have been to the Great Escape twice while travelling. The first time, our daughter literally had the entire place to herself(we attended in the evening). The second time, we went on a Sunday and it was packed! I think there were at least 6 birthday parties going on. While she loves interacting with other kids, I would really recommend not going on the weekend if you have little, little ones. There are tons of big kids running around. The food and drinks from the business are the only thing allowed inside. If you go and you’re hungry and thirsty, it can add up. Overall, fun place. Staff is friendly as well!

Last night we went to the Great Escape New Years Eve Bash and had the most amazing time. A very big thank you to all the staff who worked tirelessly and were very patient with the hundreds of over excited children. The food was amazingly delicious, and there was plenty for everyone with loads of left overs. Our little granddaughter had the time of her life and has asked us to promise her that we will take her again next year. Thank you Great Escape for a wonderful evening and Happy New Year to you all.

Compared to the other«indoor playground» facilities, this one is easily the best. It’s clean and organized, and as efficient as anyone can expect dealing with dozens of parties, parents and sugar-fueled children. There are plenty of staff that seem happy to be working, and everything appears to be well maintained. We were there for a b-day party. Everything was ready and punctual, and our assigned hostess was always available and helpful. It was crowded, and the line to get in gets really long as the scheduled parties start to arrive. This isn’t bad, but the anxious/precious parents urging the line to move faster gets a little tiresome. People from all walks of life come to a place like this, so bring a smile and some patience to make it all work a little better. I don’t expect much from the food at a place like this, but a coffee caramel muffin(so fresh it was still steaming hot) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Actually, it was more like a dessert than a muffin, but it was delicious regardless. Wireless access can make the time a little more productive if you need it to be.

You can get in– no problem… It’s getting out, that becomes difficult… Kids love places like The Great Escape. But why wouldn’t they? It’s action packed with arcade games, crazy slides, mazes, shooting area, bowling, glow in the dark golf, rock climbing, air walk, flashing lights, nice variety of «bad foods», and the list goes on and on… The moment my son was waiting for… We celebrated his 3rd birthday party here, with 10 of his little buddies– and boy did they have fun! We paid about $ 200– for admission, private room for 2 hours, food & drinks for everyone, and a full night of fun… Not bad at all– our party host was awesome, she took care of everything. The only thing we had to do, was make sure the parents were entertained… We liked it– and will definitely go back! Thanks– we needed a «Great Escape»

If you have a desire to get out of the house with the family, and yet want to Tucker out your little ones, The Great Escape is an excellent option. My kids love this place! A great thing for parents is the free WiFi and ample seating. Keep in mind there’s tons of parties on weekends and rainy days are a bit of a gong show. All in all though I highly recommend it as a great place to let your kids run wild.

This is a mixed review… Great Escapes is a very large quite new indoor play centre in Langley… we totally needed one. The birthday party packages are an easy out for busy Moms who just want to crack a cheque and have their children served cold pizza and root beer by pimply teenagers. That being said, it is clean, and the kids have a blast, and the monitors are pretty on the ball watching for feral behaviour. There is a place to get a decent cup of coffee and a yummy bowl of chili while your progeny wear themselves out in the child zoo. The place is crawling with kids and parties all the time, and all the local Mommies in their lulu lemon pants come in to let their spastic kids vent some energy.(Seriously do you think we believe you just came from an actual yoga class?) The price of entry is brutal. $ 12 per kid for 3 hours. Then they want food and water too… jeez. The party rooms where they contain the kids for eating time have tvs in them… this was an epic dissappointment because all the little drones sucked their brains into the boxes and stopped socializing… at a birthday party… so we lowered the volume because we couldn’t find the plug. All in all though, the kids totally love it, and anything that gets them moving around is good.
