Amir Restaurant

Terrible service and terrible quality. Amir is always a disappointment. I can’t believe I keep going. I’m so fed up with them. The food is always cold as hell and their hummus has a very weird after taste. It’s not fresh at all. I was shocked to see really bad quality food during the lunch hour! It was around 12:15… You know i really believed they would have warm fresh food all ready. I was wrong. There was only 2 customers and i guess that was already a good sign to leave lol.
In the meantime, i had to wait for them to serve me because I have no idea what they were really doing. After about 10 minutes i finally get served but the guy totally forgets to charge me and he goes on to serve the other customers after me. I was so angry and found it so disrespectful! I had to wait an extra 5 minutes until he served the other people to pay for my plate that was just sitting there getting even more cold -.- i think i truly give up on amir! It’s a true dump! There are wayyy better middle eastern fast food place, like Attyab Aklle, some basha’s and boustans! ;)
Never going to anymore Amir’s i promise!

Parfaite cuisson, super service, courtois et rapide, je le recommande … mais pas celui a coter de la 13 dans le complex de centre d’achat ces completement l’inverse
