Chop Crazy Creations

Situated in the food court of the mall (carrefour laval), it definitely stands out as the most healthiest one of all. Lolol .Not only is it very healthy resto option, it is packed with a wide ray of veggies and delicious salad dressings to suit everyone’s taste buds!!!
The way they prep the salad is really cool! You have 4 choices of veggies with your choice of lettuce (spring, romaine, iceberg or spinach) & then a choice of protein and dressing! Salad is always fresh and flavourful. They have 2 different types of mushrooms. The regular kind and portobello. I chose both kinds lol and then what they do is put it on this chopping block and use a HUGE curving knife (pretty scary) and they chop off everything to mix it up and serve it in a nice big BOLL ! The portion is huge. I was really happy with how generous the salad was!
Service: it definitely needs some improvement here! The staff is very slow and unenthusiastic about making me a salad! Isn’t prepping salad easy and FUN?! I love making salad at home. why do they seem so annoyed :(?? If the service was better I definitely give this place a 5star rating!
Either Way, service is not the most important thing. The food is and their asian sesame sauce is really delicious! I’m definitely coming back for more and will be a regular most likely

Located in the food court of Carrefour Laval, Chop Crazy allows you to have some nifty combo options.
I ordered a Greco-​Romaine salad because I felt like eating a Greek Salad. Sadly, this salad really left me wanting. Firstly, the salad portion is small for the price asked. Secondly, the ingredients weren’t as fresh as they should have been. Some salad pieces looked like they have been out a day or two and were browning in some spots. The tomatoes looked like they were hanging out in the air too long. The feta cheese felt off and probably not of the best quality you can ask.
I know this is food court food but I do have my limits on what I find acceptable. This salad was very disappointing to say the least.

My sister and I were shopping at the Laval mall and planned on eating at the Food Court there.
I chose Salad Creations, my sister tried a Greek place.
Chop Crazy Salad Creations has Soups, Salads, Wraps, Smoothies, and you can make your own creation. You can also make a Trio.
They offer fresh fruit and desserts like Yogurt, granola & honey ($ 2.95)
I chose the Mediterranean Large Salad. It’s Iceberg lettuce (let me swap for baby greens!), grilled chicken, red peppers, red onions, cucumber, black olives, feta cheese, sun dried tomatoes, served chopped with Balsamic dressing. They top it off with a yummy multigrain flat bread cracker.
At first I was jealous of my sisters food over a salad, I was glad I chose a filling healthy delicious salad that kept me full and full of energy when she was hungry. Bonus it was like 8 $ with tax.
I would def try a wrap here and a smoothie too, great fresh salads that’s made to order fast healthy food, yes I am coming back.
