Discount Lindt chocolate. What more could one ask for?
Upon entering the shop, you’re surrounded by walls of glorious chocolate — gift packages, bars, truffles, oh my!
Make your way to the back of the store, where the sales are. Sale items change regularly, but they usually have the filled chocolate balls for around $ 3/​bag, instead of the regular $ 6-​ish, as well as discounted boxed chocolate or bars. The catch: they’re usually approaching the best before date (within a couple months), but honesty, we all know it won’t last that long anyway. Around peak holiday season (week before Christmas) the sale section shrinks, and is replaced by full-​priced items, so stock up in advance.
