Madisons Salon De Coiffure Et Spa De Jour

I got a hair cut in spa madisons it was very quick and hassle free. The staff was very nice and friendly. The price was very reasonable. If you can, try to make an appointment during the week, weekends seems busy.

So this is a salon in Laval, not too far from the island of montreal. It’s not very large in size but seems okay.
I went in for an eyelash extension. I’m extremely use to having this treatment done and the technician, Kimberly, who took care of me did a good job.
I didn’t like so much that the station was not separated from the rest of the salon (considering you’re just laying there with your eyes closed for an hour +)
Overall it really just is a salon with extra services. The staff seems nice. But nothing to blow you out of the water — especially if you’re use to the higher end day spas and salons.

Honestly Don’t Go To This Salon
I had bought a Groupon for partial eye lash extention and payed the extra to get a full. Told the girl I wanted it full and long. Left looking like i had a coat of mascara and there wer a lot of holes. After that I started seeing a new girl for my eye lashes and wow big difference.
Gave this salon a second chance seeing as my usual girl was over booked, however this time I was speechless. The girl had gotten permanent eyelash extention glue in my hair.
While I was laying down w my eyes closed I did feel her tugging and my hair but didn’t think anything of it. Thank god I looked in the mirror before I left. The girl had known but was planning on not telling me. After I pointed out what she had done she giggled and barely apologized. Put baby oil in my hair and sent me on my way. Didn’t offer a discount, free service, or to ask a hairstylist to help comb out the mess, she didn’t even have the glue remover on had… or I would guess not since she didn’t offer it to me.
I had gone over a year ago w my boss. I got a horrible manicure and she treated herself to a facial. While the girl was removing the bkack heads on her nose (which was weird cause she doesn’t have any blackheads) and left w a scar at the tip of her nose which is still there today.
The staff is poorly trained, unprofessional, rude, and don’t seem to care much about you.
Btw: had to cut that strand of hair off in the end.
