Polyclinique Concorde

Oh hello miserable people… doctors are rude. I waited about 3 hours (and I had an appointment) just to be rushed about of the doctor’s office. Our meeting lasted all of 5 minutes and I wish I was exaggerating. The doctor spoke over me as I was asking her my questions (I had a huge skin reaction to something). I have no patience for people who treat others without respect so I literally got up in the middle of her sentence and walked out. Really? You’re there to help me… not stress me out

Alright, I was at the clinic, and waited 5 hours 23 minutes and 12 seconds before a doctor called me. This was crazy, they have this system, where an automated system calls you when you number is up, but since I don’t drive and live quite a walking distance away, it does not help me. During my wait, about 3 ½ hours in, the say an announcement
«Attention, Attention… The clinic is now reducing to 2 doctors for the rest of the day». Like what??? They were 5 doctors when I got there and now only 2??? Then I notice the «Serving Customer #…» screen was going down. Like the numbers are reversing. Got to wait all over again. It only went back 5 numbers… but still.
Unfortunately I still feel back and got to go to another clinic tomorrow.
