RONA

Rona is a bit of a victim of itself by being so huge and having such mediocre service. The prices aren’t cheap but the selection is there.
Rona has all kinds of thing you’ll probably need but the service is always lacking depending on who’s working and who’s available. I’ve come here over 20 times and how come no one has ever come up to me asking me if they can help? Am I that intimidating?
I severely dislike purchasing things here sometimes as the lineup in the magazin for big orders tend to go on for 15+ minutes… and this is TO PAY! You’d think they’d have all counters running all day long but whatever.
They are also incredibly slow on returning the carts back into the store for us to carry huge items. We’re forced to leave the store and grab one from the parking lot and being it back in. This is inane!
But has to be done because no one else will do it.
Deliveries are very bad as well. You order an item which can be in or out of stock, be promised a date and it is NEVER respected. Want something? Sure. The 26^th? No problem. You’ll call when you’ll get it? OK.
No calls.
You call the 27^th and they’ll get back to you.
No call back.
Go into store angry and you’ll finally get your delivery.
Want a specific time? Nope.
Wait 8 to 5 for your stuff even after you waited 2 weeks for the stuff.
Ridiculous.
