Stayed two nights at this hotel and although it is a fairly new hotel it has many inconveniences. First, only one elevator was working, we waited 15+ minutes when we were checking out since the elevator is always full with others checking out. The gym & pool was small, it was smaller than what we saw in the pictures. Also, there was a thermostat but it was not working, it seemed as if they had a fixed temperature to save money. It was too hot so we had to open the windows. The lobby is up to date and nice but the rooms were not up to par with the elegance of the lobby, the furniture seemed cheap. PLEASENOTE: although it says that the hotel is only 3 miles away from Quebec City, you will have to take a ferry to get there. However, there are nice things about this hotel such as free shuttle to the ferry to go to Quebec City. The front desk were nice & accommodating. This hotel has a way to go.

I’ve stayed in many various Four Points in both Canada and the US and this one is new and fresh! This ranks as one of the top ones in terms of quality and new clean factor. I’m always interested to see how hotels age as time goes on and if management maintains and keeps up to make if still clean or if it starts to look run down. Located adjacent to the Levis Convention centre this is a very modern new designed area of Levis that would make you feel like you are in Falls Church, VA or Burlingame, CA if you closed your eyes! This Four Points is ten floors high and the rooms are modern and tastefully decorated. I’ve stayed here three times the last few months and each time the experience has been quite good! Located across from the hotel is Cosmos restaurant which looks like you are in a Studio 54 type setting. As well there is a bar located in the lobby so you can have a stiff drink(if you like) after a long day’s work to relax you into the evening! Also located is a Hot tub outside with an inside Gym. The hot tub closes at 10PM I’ve not experienced it but I’ve seen people enjoying it in winter which I’m sure is a hoot of an experience! Summer would be good fun also!

I have stayed in many a business hotel but this was one of the best. Brand new with the parking lot still under construction, this Sheraton is is located on the Levis side of the St. Lawrence River. The front desk was excellent and not only took the time to provide directions to the ferry they also knew where construction was ongoing and which streets to detour through. Mind you I got lost as usual but that’s what a rental car &GPS are for. The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool with two whirlpools and a small gym. We stayed in a King size bed, the view was of an empty lot however the room was great. Very large and roomy with a pull out couch, a soft and comfortable mattress, and an a/c which worked fantastically well. After a day walking the streets of old Quebec coming back to a freezing hotel room was a blessing. The best, and oddest, feature of the room was the bathroom. It was very large with an extra large bathtub and a full sized glass shower side by side, the odd part is the toilet is tightly placed in a corner of the room. Our favourite feature was the wall that divided the bedroom and bathroom could be slid back. Obviously this was designed for the business who traveler who would soak in the tub, or stand in the shower, and watch television in the main room. For someone with my level of arrested development it simply became Door #2 and the preferred method of entering the room. Internet was included to Starwood Preferred Guest members(enroll online before travelling) If you are visiting Quebec, stay in Levis and take the ferry. You won’t be disappointed.
