Nice hipster place if thats what you like also apparently very clean ingredients. Had the vanilla and pumpkin flavours both tasted like chalk then had worst stomach pain of life. Not saluted.

This is my favourite froyo place in London. They got many rotating flavours and the staff is very helpful with helping you choose. Lactose free/vegan options! Lots of toppings(though I usually just add a bit of fruit and syrup) For a small space there is plenty of seating. Chil also participates in the Vicinity rewards program so you can earn points for $ 5 off your next froyo. Also during summer festivals they hand out buy one get one 50% off coupons. Location is 50⁄50. Great if you’re walking or taking the bus but if you’re driving in to quickly buy a froyo, there isn’t much space since the street it is on is usually full of residents using the street as parking. They do delivery too and their hours are very convenient(probably catering heavily to the late night student crowd).

I’ve been here many a times. It started when CHIL was sponsoring an event I was running and then quickly became the go to place for frozen yogurt downtown. They have the best quality, and most toppings around, not sure why I would ever go anywhere else. AND they outdoor seating is amazing in the summer time. All good vibesss.

My friend and I love this place! Their staff is amazing and we were so blown away with their level of customer service. Maybe that was because we had such an awful experience at Bertoldi’s before we came here, so anyone doing a better job was immediately a saint to us. As soon as we entered, a staff greeted us with a big smile and was such a huge help. They had frozen yogurt tubs on sale for $ 5 and she even brought out a flavour from the back for me since it wasn’t in the fridge. The other staff working on cash was also very friendly and set me up with a rewards card upon asking what it was. Tasty yogurt and awesome staff. Great treat to end the night!

Another DIY froyo place… but what makes it different is the fact that it has so many toppings and flavours!(mostly a lot of toppings though) There are also ice cream options if you aren’t feeling up to froyo. I thought that the flavours were alright, I have had better froyo. But, all in all, it was a cool experience and it’s great that there are boardgames so you can pass the time with your friends while having some good ol’ froyo.

Toppppppppppppppings!!! Love the nondairy/vegan options for froyo. I haven’t had an «ice cream sundae» in years since going dairy free. But furreal, Chill is all about dem toppings. The brownies are fresh and giant. Hot fudge sauce, crumbled pop tarts, several types of Oreos… honestly so much deliciousness. Especially if you are on the candy/chocolate side. If you want fruit toppings, you may be a bit disappointed. The fruit was limited and mostly frozen. I didn’t see fresh berries, which should be a given. Love that they have board games to play while you enjoy your dessert.

I’ve been to Chil now a few times, and for an independent self serve frozen yogurt restaurant it’s very unique! My boyfriend is a huge fan and won’t go anywhere else and I can understand why. When you first walk in, whether you’ve been there before or not, you’re always greeted by one of their wonderful employees. If you haven’t, they take time to explain their selection of frozen yogurt and give you a sample of your choosing. I found that very personal and friendly. When you arrive at the topping station, you are given a plethora to choose from, unlike other establishments where you’re limited to a certain amount of toppings. Since I have been there a few times, I usually stick to my favourite frozen yogurt flavour of cake batter, and my toppings of choice, vegan cookie dough and a cadbury crème egg(which I haven’t found available at any other froyo place so that’s cool!) but there are an array of toppings of your choosing! Good place for a date, then you can go for a walk in Victoria Park which is right around the corner!

I love Chil. I have never tried a flavour that I didn’t like here. They are continuously expanding their choices and toppings — it never ceases to amaze me. They also have gluten-free and vegan friendly options(which are just as delicious)!! The owner is so friendly and he chooses his staff well because you will always be greeted with a smile when you enter. The staff always offer a sample so you can try the flavour before you commit. I haven’t gone to any other froyo place since I discovered Chil over a year ago!

I cant believe it’s taken me this long to write a review for Chil! I went there once a LONG time ago so I very well couldn’t write a review based on something I could barely remember. I went there last week for a fundraising event. $ 1 of my purchase went to the charity. The seating is plentiful here. From outside bistro tables and couches, to tables inside, this place does not lack seating for its patrons. When we neared the containers to start filling them up, an employee asked if we had been there before. One of us hadn’t and of course, I hadn’t been in a while so I was happy to her her explain everything. It’s your typical fro-yo place so it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, except for the hard ice cream they had in the middle. I wasn’t sure if we could also use that ice cream with the frozen yogurt. In the end, I had chocolate and cake batter frozen yogurt. The cherry on top of this sundae as ALL of the amazing toppings! There were so many to choose from. I have to say, Chil has THEBEST toppings in London. Brownie, pie, tons of fruit, nuts, cereals, chocolate, candy, plus hot fudge and melted chocolate and marshmallow. Wow! The only thing they were missing were the long rainbow sprinkles. I’m not a fan of the little ball ones. Ultimately I was a bit disappointed with the actual fro-yo. As someone who hates yogurt(yeah, dont ask), this stuff was super tart and very true to the ‘yo’ in ‘fro-yo’. I’m sure any normal, non-picky person would very much enjoy it though. Just be aware this is NOT ice cream and more of a true frozen yogurt. The topping areas do get messy but having caused some of the mess myself, it is easy to see how it happens and how difficult it can be to keep up with it if its busy. The area with all the toppings was hard to navigate when there is more than 4 people inside. When the area is vacant, I saw an employee rushing over to wipe up the counters and clean it up. Since Chil is local, I will definitely recommend it to people. They sell alcohol too which is different. They also have board games available to play. I will probably come back to try some of the hard ice cream instead!

Best froyo place in London(and I’ve been to them all!). I usually go for the original flavour which is organic and fat free — delicious. I also love the coconut when they have it. The topping selection is amazing, especially the three different types of cheesecake! Melted Belgian chocolate sauce is also a favourite. Nice outdoor couches too to relax in the sun.

All other froyo places, take note. This place is the new benchmark in self-serve frozen yogurt. An independent establishment, Chil has very unique yogurt flavours and an insane amount of topping choices. You can get vanilla quinoa, almond milk, and a unique super food made with tons of fruits and veggies! You can put the yogurt in a cone, cup, dish, or even on a waffle! I opted for a standard dish and tried all the unique flavours. The topping selection was massive! Every sauce imaginable, hot fudge, melted white and milk chocolate, peanut butter sauce and more. They also had a ton of fruit, candy, cookies, cheesecake(real cheesecake not the odd little bits at other places), and chia seeds. If you imagine it on ice cream, Chil has it. The interior has a black, white, and pink motif going for it, with lots of seating and a shelf filled with board games to play! The owner also told us they do live music some nights. Outside there is a large, wrap around patio. We had a great time, and everyone was raving about the froyo. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

This was my first visit to Chil after wanting to try it for a long time. I was not disappointed! My sister and I were greeted by the very friendly staff. While they didn’t have as many froyo flavour options they did offer diary free(almond milk, quinoa milk based) options which is nice to see. I chose cake batter and it was delicious The topping selections was unbelievable. They have healthy fruit options, nuts, seeds, baked goods made in house(apple pie anyone!?), candy and the list goes on. I was excited to see three different kinds of Oreos, cream eggs and chunks chocolate. While the price is a little more expensive than other places and there isn’t parking available on site(downtown location so street parking is the only way) it is definitely worth the adventure.

Got the chocolate Greek froyo. It was disgusting. Tasted like sewage water. The only highlight was the huge array of toppings available. They don’t allow you to taste test the froyo which in this case was very unfortunate.

From the previous reviews, I had expected great things from this establishment. The organic, non-gmo and healthy alternatives look good up front, but the hazelnut froyo I had was rather flavourless. The selection of extra toppings is overwhelming and much of it was not well labelled. The fudge sauce I had and the caramel sauce my date had was a little off. There are better alternatives, in my opinion.

Chil is without a doubt my FAVOURITE frozen yogurt place. The quality of the yogurt is top notch, and the selection of toppings is outstanding in comparison to other chain places. My all-time favourite combination: cake batter yogurt, golden Oreos, regular Oreos, graham cracker crumbs, and peanut butter sauce! My only complaint: their cookie dough is unfortunately not the best, but I believe it’s because it’s vegan. Also, the service is great – they understand that the customer comes first, and their staff are always incredibly friendly. To prove their commitment to providing their customers an unreal experience: they constantly offer great deals like BOGO free, and on your birthday you get $ 5 off! Highly recommended. :)

I was just newly introduced to this place but I am definitely a fan seeing as they use greek yogurt here which makes the froyo extra thick and creamy. It is a more expensive since the yogurt is denser and weighs more as a result, but worth a treat now a day. It is also nice to see that the store uses organic ingredients and tries to go local. Not sure on the different unique flavours at this place? Look no further, I was sold upon trying the Super Food Fusion Sorbetto. I’m amazed that they are able to combine so many fruits and vegetables, and it somehow tasting like an amazing fruity flavour. They also have a huge selection of toppings as well. This place is open late, and they also have a few board games and sitting areas available, so it’s a great meet-up place with friends.

As a big fro yo lover, I’ve tried a lot of frozen yogurt in my day and I have to say: this this the best I’ve ever had. Because it’s made from Greek yogurt the texture is incredibly creamy — it’s hard to believe I’m eating fro yo and not ice cream! As a bonus, their fro yo is also organic and GMO free, and they offer dairy-free and nut-free options for those with dietary restrictions. They only have about 5 – 6 flavours at the moment(including vanilla, chocolate, cake batter, and raspberry) but the employees said they were planning on releasing more soon. You can also go crazy at the toppings bar with over 100 different ones to choose from! They have everything from fruit to nuts(kept separately to avoid contamination) to candy to granola. It’s true fro yo heaven!
