Probably the best east side in London. They take the time to cook the food right and the service is always prompt and pleasant. Would definitely rather go to this location over others in town. P. s. this location will sell you the parmesan cheese that they use if you ask :)

Please note, I am not a fan of chain restaurants, rarely ever choose to eat in them, and almost never review them. I would only typically give East Side Mario’s a 2 – 3 star rating, however, I have a son with Autism, and East Side has been fantastic in this regard. Restaurants and family dining can be a challenge for us, to say the least. On our last two visits to East Side Mario’s, Wellington Rd., we’ve had the same server(Sara S, according to my receipt), who has made the dining experience relaxed and pleasurable and has not once reacted to my son’s idiosyncrasies in the least. I’m giving East Side 4 stars ONLY because their service allows for my family to enjoy dining together, in public. As for pricing, it’s not that bad for families if you have a plan. 1) Sign up for East Side Alerts and get a free appetizer coupon(Bruschetta) that you can use as often as you visit for the rest of the year. 2) Order a large pizza to share($ 25ish, and more than enough for four people) which allows everyone in the party to also enjoy unlimited soup or salad & bread.

I remember this place being decent, but over priced. I decided to try it again because I received a $ 50 gift card. Nothing is fresh. It’s all frozen. And that gift card didn’t cover the two meals with salad and soup, 1 desert, and two fountain drinks. Never again. The next gift card I get will be sold on kijiji.
