This store has been downsized due to the end of the Jacob Connexion line, but the staff seem bored more than anything else. One saleswoman waited a safe distance behind me while I looked at shirts and moved in quickly to straighten and fold as soon as I turned my back. No greeting or eye contact. I literally stood at the checkout counter in the mostly-empty store for three minutes before I was acknowledged. Stock varies but the customer service here is terrible. I don’t like being mobbed but it’s discouraging to have to chase down someone to open the fitting rooms when I’m one of 2 or 3 customers in the store. Ratio of staff to customers 1:1. Not good.
