Jill’s Table is a hidden gem among downtown London. The staff/owner is beyond knowledgable, polite, helpful and all around amazing. If you are looking for ANY kitchen supplies, cooking lessons, specialty food products or honestly anything relating to FOOD, this is a place you need to find. This is the kind of place I would come to buy my grandmother a gift, because guess what, If I got my grandmother a poor gift, she would push me in front of a bus, and I don’t want that. Jill’s has saved me from a fatal bus death. Thank you Jill. This place has an intense selection of high end kitchen products, so if you are the kind of person that lives downtown, in a nice apartment, or a classy person that simply enjoys nice utensils to help aid in cooking, this is the gold mine you’ve been looking for all these years. You will be able to furnish your kitchen with EVERYTHING you could want or imagine. — Overall — Please give them a shot. They are by far the best kitchen store in London as they even rival high-end stores in Toronto. It’s like going to a more personal version of Williams-Sonoma, but better.

If you like to cook, or know someone who does, then this is the place to visit. Gadgets, tools, foods and everything in between, you’ll be sure to find something you(or they) need. Friendly service and a very welcoming environment makes for a wonderful experience.

This is one of London’s best specialty stores. They have a ton of product packed into a small space but it’s all done attractively. The owner Jill is very knowledgable and very professional and will go out of her way to help you get what you’re looking for — as well as the rest of the associates. I shop around and I find her prices as competitive as anyone. I have spent thousands of dollars here and have not regretted a penny of it. She also offers cooking classes; they are a bit pricey but they are a fun evening out. You can’t go wrong shopping here and when you do you’re supporting a locally owned business that also gives back to the community.

This will be the fourth and perhaps final time that I will have the opportunity to deal with Jill’s Table. I’m from Calgary and my daughter goes to university in London. Each year, Jill has succeeded in delivering something extra special to my daughter on her birthday. She has gone the extra mile to include a beautiful happy birthday torte from a local bakery in her basket to add the«birthday» touch. The baskets have been absolutely perfect and student friendly. It’s tough being away from your kid on special occasions — especially 21st birthdays — but it’s made more bearable when they phone and they’re over the moon about an amazing surprise basket. Thanks, Jill. If you ever expand out to Alberta, I’ll be sure to do all I can to spread the word!

The best kitchen store in London. They either have or will order anything that you could ever want. They now carry Soda Stream makers and supplies, so no more trips to Toronto for cartridges. Great staff who remember the customers and their preferences. Great selection of olive oils, balsamic, pastas and condiments. Reasonable prices considering that your purchase supports a locally-owned business. You’ll probably see Jill herself in the store, but Carol or any other staff will be happy to help you. Twice I’ve purchased products that I had to return due to manufacturer’s defects. I had the receipt for both, but neither was required for the return. That is excellent customer service since the reason for the return was completely outside the control of the store. Shopping is one of my least favourite activities, but I feel happy every time that I leave here.

Awesome place for home/kitchen/dining décor and stuff’n’such. I have found the best cheese(Brillat Savarin), the best bacon jam(Skillet street food) and the best shortbread* here amongst the recipe books, fancy spatulas, etc. Places like this may be a dime a dozen in TO, but this place is only place you’ll find down here. *Excluding my gran’s recipe for shortbread. THAT, mes amis, is the best shortbread.
