DO NOT BUY! I bought my mother the premium upgrade of the Warming Glow centre piece. She received something so hideous with no roses and the most god awful ribbon to fill the void of the missing flowers. This arrangement was so embarrassing that they don’t even actually offer it as an possible item at all. It’s something they slopped together with zero integrity and the utmost greed in an unsuccessful attempt to pocket their Premium price. Only after I sent an email containing photographs of what I ordered and what was delivered, and making a phone call did they ask how to resolve this issue. It’s pretty simple. Make good on your promises or refund my money. After they delivered an appropriate arrangement, no more, no less, they sent an email explaining that it was «of course at no extra charge.»

I ordered a small arrangement online, and it was delivered promptly and looked great! The recipient was thrilled and forwarded a few photos, and I was very happy with the quality — it looked even better than the website image I ordered from. The light sparkles on the flowers were a nice touch.
The delivery was included in the price, and the website was easy to use. I will order from here again if I need to send flowers in London!
