Greatest Vietnam/Thai food in London. I was pulled in years ago by a street sign that then said best spring rolls in city, they did not lie. Tofu PadThai or chicken is fresh and great taste and size. Add a hot Pot of lemon grass chicken for a great combo. Ask to spice it up if you wish, they can accommodate your heat level Also love and often have a all vegetable dish. But most things are by # which I cannot remember(maybe 615) But clean busy restaurant with eat in and many people coming in for pickup and go. Constant flow tells me this is popular reliable place for best Asian food

When I’m looking for delicious thai food at a reasonable price this is where I turn. I’ve ordered take out and dined in at this restaurant many times. The food is prepared with fresh ingredients and the staff are extremely nice. My favourite dishes are the lemongrass curry and the pad thai(medium spicy) which are packed full of flavour and come in large portions.

I’m not sure Quynh Nhi has the best spring rolls in town(as they claim) — the rolls are great, but I prefer the Ben Thanh style(big ‘n’ greasy). But the Pad Thai(especially the seafood version) is to die for. The tom yum is amazing(if you have a cold, this soup will kill it or, at the very least, leave your cold alone and just make you feel better). Every noodle dish is remarkable for the lovely consistency of the noodles, and because the chefs have a deft touch with spices. Enthusiastically recommended.

Highly recommend this little hole in the wall. The food here is absolutely top quality and super fresh. We eat out at least three times a week and this is our favourite take out. Thanks for the amazing spicy chicken pad Thai!

always a delight when coming to this restaurant. The staff are always friendly and had out table waiting for us upon are arrival. The food that we ordered came to our table in an appropriate time and was very fresh. Try the pad thai. We had the shrimp pad thai and chicken with stir fry veggies. Both equally good the but pad thai is outstanding. Prices reasonable and lots to choose from… even for the vegetarian in the family.

Don’t let the exterior and simple interior fool you. This place offers some of the best Vietnamese food you’ll find in London. Friday early dinner. 4:30pm. Besides our family’s group of four, there were only three other groups in the restaurant. We were greeted warmly by the hostess/our waitress. Service throughout the whole entire dinner was friendly, kind, and patient. It’s a family business with our waitress and her siblings running this restaurant, and their mom cooking in the kitchen. The siblings are also in charge of this restaurant’s higher-class and more formal cousin, Tamarine(on Dundas & Talbot). Knowing that they were owned by the same family, I was wondering if Quynh Nhi was going to have the same quality. It didn’t. It was better. For appetizers, we got beef meatballs that were served on skewers with a side of sweet sauce($ 5.75) — overall flavour was okay — the side of sauce amped up the flavour. For mains: Phở(of course) — beef noodle soup, with thinly sliced rare beef, flank brisket, beef tripe, tendon, and beef meatballs. Delicious. Enough said. We had two bowls. We only wished that they would put a little bit more broth — we had a lot of noodles(which isn’t a bad thing).($ 10.00/bowl) Grilled lemongrass chicken — quite tasty, cooked well and an overall healthy and well-rounded dish.($ 11.50) Seafood pad thai. The restaurant claims that they are known for their pad thai. They have a right to that claim. This pad thai is the best we have ever had. Even my dad who admits pad thai isn’t usually his favourite dish loved it. No exaggeration. It has a unique sweet taste than other pad thai have, with a satisfying ketchup-like flavour that doesn’t throw the dish off — it makes it better. I would definitely recommend this dish. Craving pad thai? Quynh Nhi is the right place.($ 13.50) Coconut chicken curry seasoned with lemongrass spices and taro root. Yummy. Warm, slightly sweet, not so bold, it was a softer dish — though I wish that they’d up the boldness on the curry, they did say it was going to be mild. The taro root was a savoury addition to the dish. And the rice it is served with was deliciously made. Dessert: Pandan Coconut Ice Cream. Served with a drizzle of condensed milk and peanuts, it was the perfect way to end a sweet meal.(Pandan is a type of plant that grows in tropical areas of Asia — they add a unique sweet flavour that goes along so well with coconut).($ 4.50) Quynh Nhi is definitely a great restaurant to get authentic Vietnamese food. Knowing it’s a family business makes it even better and all the more sweeter. I would definitely recommend their pad thai, their phở, and the pandan coconut ice cream.

Absolutely worst phô in th province! I am an experienced phô eater but let me tell ya u don’t have to know phô to understand how bad this place is. More bean sprouts than noodles, hardly any beef at all and the taste is just MSG, salt, and sugar. Service was HORRIBLE the guy didn’t even check on me once! He was too busy texting on his phone. No wonder this place was EMPTY during prime lunch hours(12:00) when I was there. I wouldn’t recommend this place if u were about to die of starvation. You’d be better off dead than to eat here

In my opinion, the Quynh Nhi has the best Pad Thai in London, hands down. You’ll get better décor and ambience across the river, but you won’t get better service or food. If you want great food with friendly service at reasonable prices, this is the place.

Not too much to say about this place. Tried their Phở and vermicelli bowls and wasn’t impressed; very bland, overpriced and small serving sizes.

BESTPADTHAIINLONDON! Maybe best in Canada — I don’t know, I eat a lot of pad thai and I’ve never had better. Also love the spicy beef dishes and the big fresh spring rolls with mint leaves. Everything I’ve ordered always tastes very fresh, not as greasy or salty as a lot of other thai and vietnamese takeout around London. We usually order food to pick up and take home, the only time I’ve eaten in they forget about my order. Probably a one-time mistake, otherwise service is always great here.

THEGOOD: Chicken Pad Thai — one of the best I’ve tried and very addicting in flavor. I’d say the best dish the restaurant has to offer. Lemongrass chicken rice not bad either. THEBAD: Phở. Very greasy/MSG-y, had a layer of oil on the surface that was not pleasant. Vermicelli is a ripoff — super small portion(a few strands of noodles, some raw veg and a piece of meat) for ~$ 10 THEUGLY: The prices… so expensive for Viet/Thai food. And for a phở restaurant I didn’t find their phở that good or worth the price. $ 5 additional fee if you’re looking for delivery too. Consensus: Get the pad thai, skip everything else.

A nice little place with solid Vietnamese food. I wasn’t a fan of their spring rolls(found them puny and unexciting) or their phở but their pad thai, coconut milk curry chicken, stir fried shrimp with lemongrass and hot peppers, and spicy beef noodle soup were all very flavourful and had a good amount of heat(if you ask for it that is). I also quite liked their bbq lemongrass chicken. The place itself is quite small and the prices are a touch high relative to other Vietnamese places in the city. But I still enjoy coming here every now and then for my Vietnamese food fix.

Good place for Vietnamese, take-out or eat-in. There’s a lot to choose from and it’s pretty consistently good food. I like the fried spring rolls and hot pot lemongrass tofu. The Pad Thai is also really good. Prices seem a bit on the high side compared to other Asian take-out places.

Great food, great service from owner. I usually order take out and the portions are pretty much the same. Try the lemongrass pork, it’s great.
