The Union Of Agricultural Producer’s Cafeteria

The Union des Producteurs Agricoles, or UPA as it is known, is a large multi-​story building in Longueuil, Quebec Canada. Inside are trade groups related to agriculture, such as the UPA, the QFA (Quebec Farmer’s Association, and the CFA, Canadian Federation of Agriculture. These are trade organizations looking out for the best interest of their members as it related to agriculture.
On the ground floor of this office building on Boulevard Roland-​Therrien is a large cafeteria of sorts, which not only serves the members in these agricultural trade organizations, but is open to the public.
They serve lunches of various types, usually offering a hot lunch plate special, sandwiches, and other common lunch faire. The prices are very reasonable here, and the food is pretty good, too, for what this place is.
I have been here at least 3 times, and got myself a decent lunch, always under $ 10. You sit in a large cafeteria style room, with long community tables, and usually chat it up with co-​workers and share ideas over lunch. There is no table service, and they have movable tray stacking carts, so you can clean up after yourself.
It is always quick, cheap, and not bad for cafeteria food.
