So I keep getting hounded by this person, even after being married for almost 2 years, being accused of slander(FYI, it’s libel not slander if you WRITE falsehoods, speaking them is slander) for posting my review, so I have an offer to put out there to any bride who is thinking of using this provider: Please feel free to privately contact me and I will SHOWYOU the video that was provided to me as a «final product» so that you can«do your research» and see the«quality» I was given and you can make a decision for yourself if you want to invest your time and money with this company. To me, the continual hounding(via emails until she was blocked, which I have kept as proof, due to the claims of slander), reporting of my reviews(trying to get them removed) and this«rebuttal» from the business speaks VOLUMES about the service they provide. To Angela: You can blame this entire situation on me and my «lies», «lack of communication», «blatant falsehoods» and claim«The simple fact in this case is that the bride and groom’s expectations were not in line with what their budget could afford. We did this as a last minute favor for this couple and cut our prices down for them to fit their budget as mentioned above.» You provided services that were not up to the expected level of service, expectations that YOU set with us! If my expectations were«not in line with what their budget could afford» then WHY did you NOT tell me and instead say you would be happy to provide the service? You made promises that you did not keep and then got mad when I reviewed you saying exactly this! You claim I am the only unhappy customer but if you check out under«3 other reviews that are not currently recommended» you will see another client who was very unhappy with their service. Please, look at yourself and the services you are providing to people and make sure you are in the business for the right reasons. When you mess up, the mistake cannot be unmade. This is the biggest burden of the wedding industry as a whole. You only get one shot to do it right, and if you don’t it’s a pretty big deal for the client. To me, the bigger issue is that you have gone on the attack and continually gone after my reviews(that are now over a year old), reported me and generally made a nuisance of yourself instead of doing what a great service provider does which is speak to the person, apologize and see what you can do to help make the client happy, even if you don’t agree with their review. And at the end of the day the«favor» you did us, did us no favors at all and I would have preferred that you turned us away since our budget was lacking(which I told you upfront) and this gave you the justification of providing lacklustre service and end product.
