This shop pales in comparison to every other LYS I’ve visited in HRM and beyond. In a nutshell: poor selection, more purses and knick-​knacks than actual yarn (although they do carry some different brands than other stores), and location is difficult to find (kind of hidden in the back of a mini-​strip mall). They do have a good selection of needles, metal and bamboo.
Mike and I entered on the heels of another woman. We were the only customers in the store. The clerk (owner?) only spoke to the older woman and ignored us. Our stay was short.
Prices are on par with other shops.
This LYS is well out of my way and not worth a second trip for me.

I am here at least 3 times a week sitting for a few hours knitting with shop owner, Rachel.
This lil shop is EXACTLY what we needed in Sackville!
Great local yarns & needles, new fibres I’d never even dreamed of or head of.
The service is super friendly and there are lots of great workshops and classes! So many are learning to knit for the first time or all over again! It’s wonderful to see what different people are knitting and Rachel is so incredibly helpful!
Over the past year of being open, the shelves are well stocked and there are tons of little baubles for your knitting and not to mention your home and even for the jewellery lover of something unique (ie: serpent & spider rings, hand made swavorski crystal earrings, etc). She also carries beautiful ESPE hand bags and wallets.
Check in often, there’s always something new!
