We were recommended to Birth Transitions by our mid wives, and it was great experience. Trudy presents information for new parents in an informative and yet fun way. She did a great job of keeping the class moving forward while answering all of our questions and concerns… and as new parents we have a tonne of concerns. The class outlined labour and helped us feel informed with all the options and procedures which we may encounter during our child birth. Would highly recommend this class for anyone who would like an idea of what labour is all about, taught by a wonderful teacher, who takes a lot of the mystery out, and replaces it with great knowledge.
