Never in my life have I ever received such exceptional customer service as I did at Maple Ridge Lighting. I recently moved to Maple Ridge from Vancouver and purchased a new condo. The light fixture I had installed above my island was missing hard to find pieces. I went to Maple Ridge Lighting to see if they had the parts I needed. I spoke with an employee named Scott and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He didn’t have the parts I needed right then but he took down my number and called me an hour later to let me know they had them waiting for me. Not only was he prompt and courteous but he also did not charge me for the replacement parts. I would recommend Maple Ridge Lighting to anyone and everyone. I will not be going anywhere other than Maple Ridge Lighting for any future lighting needs. Thank You Scott and Maple Ridge Lighting!!!

My experience with maple ridge lighting was not spectacular, their staff was not entirely friendly, nor helpful. The bulb I had brought in for replacement couldn’t be replaced for no apparent reason. Staff didn’t really answer any questions as to why or where i could go. All of this being after they gave me the wrong one (I brought mine in and she didn’t even check the bulbs male end) And had so return it. After several days they had called back with a website I could buy it off. Overall not that pleasant. Will be going elsewhere next time.
