Mr Swirl the Friendly Plumber

Awesome guys! I had a plumbing emergency and called these guys they were out the same day, the people on the phone were polite and professional, they gave me a scheduled time and they were there with no disappointments as they had predicted, the gig looked at my broken sink, the faucet was broken and wasn’t owing, the plumber had the proper parts on his truck and fixed it, he was polite and cordial the price was what you would expect to pay a proper professional plumbing company. There were some guys available on Craigslist for chaser bug I couldn’t bring myself to take s chance on a non established fly by night plumber. Overall great experience. And the job got done properly.

Had a sink that backed up and despite all my technical prowess and manly should know how instinct on full power, I still could not get that god dam sink unplugged! I had to break down bite the bullet and call on the pros, the guy came over and accessed the problem he quickly knew what to do, next thing I low he’s up on my roof to fix a plumbing problem, and he was bang on he in plugged the sink through a roof vent, cool! He gave some extra rooter pimping with the rooter machine, to make sure all the crap was out of the pipes, my sink has been problem free since, have him. Few hundred bucks, he was on his way… problem solved.

I bought a hot water tank from them 3 to 4 years ago and it now broke. I called them up to get it fixed and the person said that the tank is under a 8 year warranty but the labour is not. So the plumber came to the house, said 1 of the parts had to be changed in the tank, so the cost of the job (labour) would be370.00 + tax (for a 1 hour job). I was busy so I told him to go ahead. I told them to put this amount on my visa. When I got the bill they put this amount on there plus a truck charge plus the parts charge. I have left numerous messages with this company and they will not call me back to correct this error. The only solution left is to cancel the credit card charge for an unauthorized charge. What a hassle. Will NEVER use this company again!

ok so I needed a plumber to fix a leaky toilet. I feel bad giving it a 1 star because the guy who came to the door was very very nice, and understanding as i screamed at him «HOLY CRAP! 250 bucks to tighten a flange and replace a wax seal!!!»” after I apologized, I paid him the 50 dollar service fee and said «my husband can learn to do this». he laughed and was rather nice. but my beef is this… Do doctor’s even make this much per hour? He would be here maybe 30 mins, and I’d pay him at the end about $ 300 or more… so that is robbery. instead, I googled kijiji and found a licensed plumber willing to come fix our leaking toilet for well under $ 100 and a guarantee of his work. so there is my plumber review. good luck and when in doubt, learn to fix these things yourself!
