416 Florist

Fiancé ordered me beautiful boxed white roses and chocolates for valentines day & our 3 year anniversary. We waited all day for the shipment, called 416 multiple times, said they were on the way. 5 o’clock came, they were still not delivered, so we left for the evening expecting them to be there when we returned– 10:30 pm STILL not there. Fiancé was frustrated and disappointed, especially knowing he ordered the delivery in advance. Called multiple times Saturday, Sunday, Monday and left multiple voice messages– no response. Tuesday, we called again, lady finally answers and says so sorry, gives excuses after excuse, and says she will give us a refund. Now the refund is a given, but what about the inconvenience and disappointment this caused us? I believe this is very poor customer service. If they wanted to make it right, they would. They actually put a damper on our holiday instead of enhancing it, so I would suggest going to another florist.

I ordered two plants for my place. They promised to deliver between 9 – 5 but arrived at 6. The plants were clearly neglected — one looks like it’s almost dying, certainly something I wouldn’t buy had I seen it in store. I called in asking for a replacement, but they keep on brushing me off (have to talk to the florist, have to take another call, etc). Take your money somewhere else.

i would love to give this place NOOOO Star at all if i can! The worst place ever!!! Delivery wasn’t on time, horrible and rude customer service. They will not do anything for you until they realize there could be something wrong with the order, which is after their so call delivery hours. they told me the delivery would be delivered within business hour which is 9−5… but the flowers end up arrived at 7!!! That 2 hours late. Will not order anything from thi place ever again in my life!

For my mother’s birthday, she always asks for only two things: a card, and a bouquet of her favorite flowers: Purple Irises. The card was easy, we picked it up early on so we could ensure that the bouquet would be just right. My brother had made a few calls around, asking what they had in stock and whether we could rely on them for delivery. I, on the hand, did a search for Toronto Flowers and stumbled across 416 Florist. They were reliable, well priced and the flowers looked and smelled wonderful. When the flowers arrived, my mother was so happy I thought she’d nearly faint. 416-​Florist made my moms 50^th truly memorable. Thank you!
