Advanced Health Recovery

Horrible experience. Long story short. Dr. Kostas did my orthotics. He took foot imprints (put one of my feet in a blue foam box and put a shipping sticker on it) and we set an appointment 4 weeks later to fit the orthotics. Four weeks down the road. I’m all cheerful I’m going to get orthotics, I take time off work and bus over there and wait in the office 40 minites over the appointed time. Finally I get called into his office, wait 15 more minutes. He comes in, goes «ah bad news buddy, your orthotics haven’t arrived yet.». Awkward silence then I say «so what am I here for?». He goes «…I can do some adjustments?». LOL! Anyways I have to take time off work two weeks later as the orthotics finally comes in… when I get there he says «I tried something new to your orthotics. lemme know if they start to hurt»
Needless to say. after him ruining three pairs of orthotics at once, and developing plantars fascias as a result of wearing them — I will never go back to this place again.
A phone call to let me know they hadnt arrived yet would have been fine! You know, So I wouldnt of had to travel halfway across toronto and have to take a vacation day off?
You want a good doctor to help you with flat feet, find someone who actually knows what he’s doing.
